‘cyborg’ being the intended sequel to ‘masters of the universe’ was indeed a rumour that went around my school in the late ’80s and was still floating about well into the mid ’90s with my sci-fi fan friends. i like daft action films and ‘he-man’; and i still think both these films are terrible!
